The two main ways of investing.
Rhema Housing buys a property for £300,000 and develops it into a high spec multi-occupancy house. We then let and manage it to produce an excellent long term income.
An Investor puts in £100,000 (1/3 of cost) and receives a 5% return on capital from rental income over a 5 year term. Added to this would be a share in the increased capital value over the term. This could mean an extra £5k per year of investment.
