The house boasts spacious rooms and is well equipped.

The double room is furnished with double bed and oak furniture including wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet

The kitchen is large and well equipped, including American style fridge freezer, 6 ring gas hob, microwave and other accessories. Plenty of storage space for all sharers.

Outside there is a raised patio with garden furniture. Off street parking is available.

A cleaner attends weekly to keep the kitchen, living area, bathroom, shower room, WCs and hallway in excellent condition.

The rent is inclusive of all bills, making for simple budgeting. Wireless broadband internet and TV licence is provided. Rent £90 - £120 a week (double rooms of various sizes)

We welcome mature tenants with full time jobs. This means we do not take tenants on benefits, or students. No pets are allowed, and all our houses are no smoking (although outside space is available). 

We are a small company that owns a number of houses and flats. We make every effor to manage them to a high standard.
